Our initial dispatch estimate is 3–5 working days for printing, plus courier transit. We will confirm timing with you by phone before dispatch.
Yes. Open a personalised product, choose a colour, and enter the name you want printed. Choose a product to see the available colours and personalisation options.
Keep the packaging and your order reference, and report the issue when our studio contacts you. We will assess damage and arrange a replacement or return where appropriate. Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind after printing begins.
Use a soft damp cloth. Keep PLA prints away from direct heat, hot water and strong sunlight. They are not dishwasher-safe or intended for food contact.
